We are looking for an experienced Amazon Catalog Expert to help monitor, optimize and manage our online catalog for our team. We are an Amazon brand in multiple Amazon marketplaces.
This is 20-25 hours per week, remote work. Hours are flexible but some overlap with North American time zones will be required occasionally.
Key Responsibilities:
• Catalog Management: Creating/Updating Inventory Files (flat files). Address listing errors and manage bulk product uploads
• Account and Listing Management: Manage and optimize over 200 Amazon ASINs, in multiple marketplaces, ensuring accurate display of titles, images, bullet points and search terms.
• Solid grasp of Amazon’s Seller Central, reports and data analysis, capable of interpreting and leveraging Amazon metrics.
• Expert in resolving issues, via contacting Seller Support.
• Daily Reporting: Required to submit a detailed end-of-day report outlining tasks completed and specific improvements made to Amazon listings.
Qualifications:
• Extensive experience resolving Amazon listing issues and has an expert understanding of Amazon catalog best practices. We are looking for someone who has experienced and solved the challenges that Amazon regularly creates.
• Amazon Experience: Minimum of 2 years experience in Amazon e-commerce and account management.
• Highly Proficient in using Excel, Google Sheets, and Amazon bulk sheets.
• Highly organized with a structured approach to daily tasks.
• Must be a problem solver and thrive in an unstructured environment
• Language Skills: Excellent English language skills, both written and spoken.
• Previous Experience: Former Amazon Support staff are strongly encouraged to apply.
