Job Requirements:
At least 3 years recent experience with Amazon Seller Customer service
Amazon Seller Central account management experienced is required
Experienced with Amazon account health and store KPI management
Knowledgeable with processes and terminologies with Amazon.com


Preferred Qualifications:
With passport and can travel outside the country ASAP
With professional experience using ERP and CRMs
With leadership role experience
Ability to create SOPs
Knowledge of process improvements methods
