Responsibilities:
Handle customer service inquiries via phone and WhatsApp.
Prepare and analyze reports for sales, inventory, and operations.
Manage inventory reorders to maintain optimal stock levels.
Oversee shipments to Amazon FBA and coordinate with forwarders.
Use Fiverr to outsource tasks and ensure timely project completion.
Build and manage Amazon accounts effectively.
Track work hours and performance using a clock-in system.
Create and update Enhanced Brand Content (EBC) for product listings.
Perform graphic design tasks for product images and branding.
Multitask and prioritize daily responsibilities efficiently.
Requirements:
Experience managing an Amazon store or e-commerce operations.
Familiarity with Amazon FBA processes and inventory management.
Strong communication skills and proficiency in WhatsApp.
Knowledge of outsourcing platforms like Fiverr.
Basic skills in graphic design tools.
Ability to work independently, multi-task, and meet deadlines.
