Full-Time Amazon Product Manager – Remote (EST Hours)
Location: Remote (Work from Home)
Work Hours: Full-Time | 8 AM - 5 PM EST
Salary: Competitive (Based on Experience)

About the Role
We are looking for a highly skilled and results-driven Amazon Product Manager to take full ownership of managing and growing our Amazon private label brand. This is not a basic virtual assistant role. You will be responsible for analyzing numbers, optimizing listings, managing suppliers, solving problems, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
-Account & Performance Management
-Monitor daily sales, profit, refunds, and PPC performance
-Identify and fix declining sales, high ACoS, or low conversion rates
-Manage case logs, follow up with Amazon support, and ensure account health stays clean
Listing Optimization & Creative Management
-Work with designers to create high-converting listing images and A+ content
-Continuously test and improve click-through rates (CTR) and conversion rates (CVR)
-Track and analyze competitor listings to keep us ahead
Product Research & Sourcing
-Research and validate high-profit product opportunities
-Find, vet, and negotiate with suppliers (Alibaba, 1688, direct sourcing)
-Ensure product quality meets our brand standards before launch
Launch & Growth Strategy
-Develop and execute 90-day launch plans for new products
-Work with PPC and marketing teams to scale winning products
-Track competitor moves and adapt to market trends
Amazon Case & Reimbursement Management
-Open and track cases with Amazon (lost inventory, suppressed listings, etc.)
-Handle suspensions, IP claims, and get listings reinstated quickly
-Ensure we recover every dollar Amazon owes us

Qualifications
-3+ years experience managing Amazon private label brands
-Expert in Seller Central, listing optimization, and case management
-Strong experience in product research and supplier negotiations
-Experience working with designers to create high-converting content
-Strong analytical skills (Excel, Helium 10, Keepa, Data Dive, etc.)
-Experience launching and scaling products
