What you will be doing:
• Manage and optimize the Parcil Safety Amazon account to drive growth and maintain overall account health.
• Oversee inventory management, ensuring adequate stock levels and timely replenishment.
• Handle listing management, including creation, optimization, and troubleshooting to maximize visibility and sales.
• Conduct keyword research and optimization to enhance product discoverability on Amazon.
• Manage Amazon PPC campaigns to drive targeted traffic and improve conversion rates.
• Handle Amazon case management, resolving issues related to listings, shipments, and account performance.
• Launch new product listings, ensuring they meet all Amazon requirements and are optimized for success.
• Generate and manage product reviews, employing strategies to increase positive customer feedback.
• Monitor and maintain account health metrics, addressing any potential issues proactively.
• Analyze performance data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for growth.
• Collaborate with seller support to resolve issues, demonstrating patience and strong problem-solving skills.
What we’re looking for:
• 2+ years of experience in managing Amazon accounts.
• Proven ability to absorb and analyze data to identify underperforming listings and implement corrective actions.
• Proven experience with Amazon Seller Central, including listing management and optimization.
• Experience with Amazon PPC campaign management and optimization.
• Strong background in Amazon case management and resolving seller issues.
• Experience with Amazon inbound shipments, including creation and tracking.
• Proficiency in keyword research and optimization for Amazon listings.
• Experience in generating and managing product reviews on Amazon.
• Ability to analyze large amounts of data and identify key performance indicators affecting sales.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, especially in navigating Amazon’s restrictions and support challenges.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, particularly with Amazon Seller Support.
Requirements:
• Stable internet connection with a minimum speed of 30 mbps
• Fluency in communicating in the English language
• Antivirus will be set up on your computer
• Have high-level communication skills (written and verbal).
• Must be dependable, show up on time during set hours (8am – 5 pm CT (UTC -6))
