Overview
Upscale Vendor Management is seeking a skilled Amazon Brand Creative Specialist to design high-converting product imagery, infographics, and A+ content for brands on Upgrade to see actual info. You'll collaborate closely with our Brand Operations Manager and General Manager to produce visually powerful assets that align with brand guidelines and drive sales.

Job Summary
In this hands-on creative role, you'll own the visual output of our Amazon listings. From main product images to A+ Premium content, your work will directly impact click-through and conversion rates. You’ll work across multiple brands and categories, building clean, compelling visuals that turn browsers into buyers.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and update:
- Main images, lifestyle shots, and infographics
- A+ and A+ Premium content modules
- Comparison charts and copy overlays
- Adapt global brand assets for the Amazon Australia market
- Conduct regular image audits for consistency and compliance
- Implement iterative design updates based on performance data
- Build and maintain organized cloud-based asset libraries
- Stay current with Amazon content guidelines and listing best practices
- Collaborate with brand teams to ensure alignment and approvals

Qualifications
Required:
- 2+ years of Amazon-specific creative experience
- Strong portfolio of Amazon listing visuals and A+ content
- Advanced skills in tools like Adobe CC, Canva Pro, Figma, or Affinity
- Knowledge of Amazon image hierarchy, SEO, and compliance standards
- Experience managing multiple brands and workflows remotely

Soft Skills:
- Detail-oriented with a creative edge
- Clear communicator and receptive to feedback
- Exceptional time management and self-discipline
- Comfortable in fast-paced, remote work environments

Bonus:
- Experience with Amazon agencies or ecommerce brands
- Familiarity with Amazon analytics and A/B testing
