About the Role
We are seeking an Amazon Advertising Specialist to assist in the execution and optimization of Amazon Advertising campaigns. This role will work closely with the Amazon Advertising team to support campaign management, performance tracking, and issue resolution. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and proficient in Amazon Seller Central and Advertising platforms.

Key Responsibilities
Campaign Support & Execution:
• Assist in setting up, launching, and managing Amazon Advertising campaigns (AMS & DSP).
• Monitor campaign performance and provide recommendations for optimization.
• Support bid adjustments, budget management, keyword targeting, and audience segmentation.
• Help troubleshoot campaign issues and escalate when needed.

Data Analysis & Reporting:
• Generate reports on campaign performance using Amazon Ads reporting tools and Microsoft Excel.
• Assist in tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and trends to support data-driven decisions.
• Provide insights into campaign effectiveness and areas for improvement.
• Assist in reporting slide creation and content.

Customer & Stakeholder Communication:
• Assist in responding to internal and external advertising-related inquiries.
• Open and manage support cases with Amazon’s Seller Support and SAS for ad-related issues.
• Effectively communicate campaign performance and troubleshooting steps to stakeholders.
• Asana collaboration and updating of assigned tasks.

Qualifications & Skills
• 2+ years of experience in Amazon Advertising, digital marketing, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in Amazon Seller Central and AMS (DSP experience is a plus).
• Experience with bulk listing updates using Amazon Inventory flat files.
• Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, and data analysis).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with Asana and Skai a plus.

Work Schedule & Benefits
• Work Week: Monday - Friday
• Hours: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM EST
