JOB OVERVIEW

We’re a fast-growing Amazon brand specializing in golf products, dedicated to delivering top-quality golf products to golfers in the US and Canada.

We’re seeking a skilled Amazon PPC and SEO Specialist to drive advertising performance and optimize product visibility on Amazon. In this role, you’ll manage and execute pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns while enhancing product listings through search engine optimization (SEO) strategies. The ideal candidate is data-driven, creative, and passionate about maximizing ROI in the Amazon ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:
-PPC Management: Design, launch, and optimize Amazon PPC campaigns (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display) to meet sales and profitability goals.
-Keyword Research: Conduct in-depth keyword research to identify high-opportunity terms for both PPC and organic ranking.
Listing Optimization: Enhance product titles, bullet points, descriptions, and backend search terms to boost discoverability and conversion rates.
-Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze key metrics (ACoS, ROAS, CTR, conversion rates) to refine campaigns and improve efficiency.
-Budget Oversight: Manage advertising budgets effectively, balancing spend between brand awareness and direct sales objectives.
-Competitor Analysis: Track competitor strategies and adjust tactics to maintain a competitive edge.
-SEO Strategy: Stay ahead of Amazon’s A9 algorithm updates to ensure listings rank organically for target keywords.
-Reporting: Provide clear, actionable reports to stakeholders on campaign performance and optimization recommendations.
-Collaboration: Work closely with product, creative, and inventory teams to align ad strategies with listing quality and stock availability.

Qualifications
-Experience: 2+ years managing Amazon PPC campaigns and optimizing product listings (agency or in-house experience preferred).
-Technical Skills: Proficiency with Amazon Advertising Console, Seller Central, and keyword tools (e.g., Helium 10, Jungle Scout, MerchantWords).
-Analytical Mindset: Strong ability to interpret data and turn insights into action using Excel, Google Sheets, or similar tools.
SEO Knowledge: Proven success improving organic rankings on Amazon through listing optimization.
-Detail-Oriented: Exceptional attention to detail in campaign setup, keyword selection, and performance tracking.
-Adaptability: Experience adapting strategies to Amazon policy changes, seasonality, or market trends.
-Communication: Ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders clearly and concisely.
-Bonus Skills: Familiarity with Amazon DSP, graphic design for ad creatives, or multi-marketplace experience (e.g., Amazon EU, CA).
