M2Enterprises is expanding rapidly, and we’re searching for a talented Virtual Assistant to provide crucial administrative and operational support to our Amazon FBA business. This role will involve inventory management, handling data input in Sellerboard, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
You will play a pivotal role in keeping our processes efficient and accurate, enabling our team to focus on growth and profitability.
Key Responsibilities
• Inventory Management: Track and update inventory levels to ensure accurate stock counts and prevent overstock or stockouts.
• Cost and Purchase Order Input: Use Sellerboard to input costs, manage purchase orders, and maintain accurate financial data.
• Data Organization: Maintain and organize records in Google Sheets or Excel for inventory, sales, and other key metrics.
• Order Management: Monitor orders, shipment statuses, and delivery confirmations to ensure smooth operations.
• Reporting: Generate and share detailed reports on inventory, expenses, and sales trends for managerial review.
• Communication: Collaborate with suppliers, wholesalers, and the internal team to address any operational issues.
Tools and Skills We’re Looking For
We’re seeking candidates with the following experience:
• Sellerboard (Required): Familiarity with inputting costs and managing purchase orders.
• Google Sheets/Excel: Advanced knowledge of spreadsheets for data entry and reporting.
• Inventory Management: Proven experience in tracking and organizing inventory for e-commerce or retail.
• Keepa (Preferred): Familiarity with this tool to understand product performance trends.
• Strong Communication Skills: Ability to professionally handle correspondence with suppliers and tea
• Detail-Oriented and Proactive: A focus on accuracy and taking initiative to address issues before they escalate.
Payment Details
• Compensation: $240/month for 20 hours per week, with additional pay for exceptional performance or added responsibilities.
• Payment Schedule: Bi-weekly.
• Payments will be made through a method available on OnlineJobs.ph (PayPal is not an option).
What We’re Looking For
• Proven experience in virtual assistant, administrative, or inventory management roles.
• Familiarity with Amazon FBA operations and tools like Sellerboard.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong organizational skills and commitment to maintaining accurate data.
