Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Amazon Account Specialist to assist in managing health-related product accounts that have been suspended or deactivated. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of Amazon’s policies, procedures, and appeal processes, especially concerning health and wellness products.
Responsibilities:
*Investigate reasons behind account suspensions or deactivations.
*Draft and submit professional and effective appeal letters to Amazon.
*Monitor the appeal process and communicate with Amazon support teams to expedite resolutions.
*Maintain compliance with Amazon’s rules to prevent future suspensions.
*Provide recommendations for risk mitigation and account health improvement.
*Collaborate with the internal team to address operational or documentation issues contributing to the suspension.
Qualifications:
*Proven experience in handling Amazon account suspensions or deactivations.
*Strong understanding of Amazon policies, particularly for health-related categories.
*Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
*Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal).
*Familiarity with preparing and managing essential documentation (e.g., invoices, business licenses, compliance certificates).
*Experience with tools like Seller Central and related account management platforms.
Preferred Skills:
*Knowledge of health product regulations and Amazon compliance guidelines.
*Prior experience with successful reinstatements of health-related accounts.
