About Us:
We are a dynamic and rapidly growing e-commerce agency. We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Amazon Account Manager & PPC Specialist to join our team. This role is pivotal in managing our Amazon business, driving sales growth, and maximizing our return on advertising spend (ROAS).
Key Responsibilities:
Amazon Account Management:
Oversee and manage all aspects of our Amazon Seller Central account.
Optimize product listings, including titles, descriptions, images, and keywords, to improve rankings and conversion rates.
Monitor account health and performance metrics, addressing any issues that arise.
Manage inventory levels, forecasting demand, and coordinating with suppliers to ensure stock availability.
Handle customer service inquiries, returns, and reviews, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
PPC Campaign Management:
Develop, implement, and optimize Amazon PPC campaigns, including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display ads.
Conduct thorough keyword research to identify new opportunities and trends.
Analyze campaign performance, adjusting bids and strategies to maximize ROAS and profitability.
Stay up-to-date with Amazon's advertising features and industry trends to ensure best practices.
Generate regular reports on PPC performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Data Analysis & Reporting:
Utilize Amazon's reporting tools and third-party analytics platforms to track sales, ad performance, and overall account health.
Identify trends, challenges, and opportunities to optimize our Amazon strategy.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for senior management, outlining key metrics and performance highlights.
Collaboration & Strategy:
Work closely with the marketing, product development, and operations teams to align Amazon strategies with broader business goals.
Contribute to the development of new product launches, promotions, and marketing initiatives on Amazon.
Participate in strategic planning sessions to drive the growth and profitability of our Amazon sales channel.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Proven experience managing Amazon Seller Central accounts.
Strong understanding of Amazon PPC and other advertising platforms.
Proficient in keyword research, campaign optimization, and bid management.
Proficient in on page SEO and optimization.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Proficiency in Excel and experience with Amazon analytics tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with e-commerce tools such as Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or similar.
Knowledge of SEO best practices for Amazon.
Previous experience in a similar role within the e-commerce industry.
