About Us:
We are a fast-growing 3D printing company that specializes in tabletop gaming models and miniatures. Our products are sold through Amazon, Etsy, and eBay, and we are looking for an Amazon expert to take charge of our Amazon Seller Central account, optimize our listings, and drive sales growth.

We need someone proactive, data-driven, and results-oriented who can manage and scale our Amazon operations efficiently. If you are an Amazon specialist with experience in listing optimization, PPC advertising, inventory management, and overall marketplace growth, we’d love to have you on our team!

Responsibilities:
Amazon Seller Central Management – Oversee and manage our Amazon store to ensure strong performance and compliance with Amazon’s policies.
Product Listing Optimization – Optimize product titles, bullet points, descriptions, backend keywords, and A+ Content to increase visibility and conversion rates.
Amazon PPC & Advertising – Set up, manage, and optimize Amazon Sponsored Ads campaigns (Sponsored Products, Brands, and Display) to maximize ROI.
Keyword Research & SEO – Conduct research using tools like Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or SellerApp to improve organic rankings.
Inventory & Order Management – Monitor stock levels, prevent stockouts or overstocking, and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely fulfillment.
Competitor & Market Analysis – Research competitors and identify opportunities for pricing, promotions, and bundling strategies.Customer Service & Review Management – Handle customer inquiries, respond to reviews, and implement strategies to increase positive feedback.
Reporting & Performance Analysis – Track key KPIs (conversion rate, CTR, ACoS, TACoS) and provide regular reports with actionable insights.

Requirements:
2+ years experience managing an Amazon Seller Central account.
Strong knowledge of Amazon SEO, PPC advertising, and listing optimization.
Experience with Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or other Amazon research tools.
Proficiency in Amazon FBA and inventory management.
Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions to drive growth.
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in managing tasks.
Familiarity with Etsy and eBay is a plus!
