JOB OVERVIEW

Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Amazon Account Manager with a strong background in account health management and suspension resolution. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the compliance and performance of client accounts while implementing strategies to prevent and resolve account suspensions effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and maintain Amazon account health metrics, including performance, policy compliance, and customer satisfaction.
Proactively identify and address account issues to prevent warnings, suspensions, or deactivations.
Handle appeals and escalations for suspended or deactivated accounts, including drafting effective Plan of Action (POA) documents.
Analyze policy violations and take corrective actions to ensure long-term compliance with Amazon’s guidelines.
Communicate with Amazon Seller Support and escalations teams to resolve account issues quickly and efficiently.
Provide strategic advice to clients on maintaining account health and improving operational performance.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations, including inventory, fulfillment, and listing optimization.
Stay updated on Amazon policies and best practices to provide proactive account management.
Qualifications:

Proven experience managing Amazon accounts, particularly in addressing account health and suspension issues.
Strong knowledge of Amazon Seller Central and its tools.
Experience drafting and submitting successful Plans of Action (POAs).
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to communicate complex issues effectively in writing and verbally.
Detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Familiarity with Amazon’s policies, guidelines, and marketplace dynamics.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required).
