Role Overview:
The Amazon Account Manager will play a key role in monitoring and optimizing our client's Amazon seller account. With a strong focus on product performance, keyword research, and competitor analysis, this role aims to maximize listing visibility, conversion rates, and maintain account health. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the success of each SKU on Amazon.
Key Responsibilities:
Catalog and Listing Management
--Optimize product listings for accuracy, visibility, and conversion potential.
--Upload and maintain content including titles, images, videos, and Enhanced Brand Content (EBC).
--Conduct SEO strategies with A/B testing for listing elements.
Performance Monitoring and Analysis
--Track SKU performance metrics, improving conversion rates and keyword rankings.
--Analyze data and market trends to provide actionable strategies for growth.
--Optimize Amazon PPC campaigns and budget allocation.
Operational Management
--Resolve account health issues and listing suspensions promptly.
--Manage inventory levels to prevent stockouts and overstocking.
--Ensure efficient Merchant Fulfilled Order processing.
Pricing and Promotions Management
--Manage pricing strategies and promotional campaigns, adapting to trends and seasonality.
--Maintain and analyze promotional calendars for optimal ROI.
Customer Service Coordination
--Address customer inquiries and resolve Amazon-specific issues in collaboration with the Customer Service Specialist.
Key Results and KPIs
--Increase SKU conversion rates by 1.5% quarterly.
--Improve keyword rankings, aiming for top-5 positions for primary keywords.
--Resolve listing issues within 48 hours to minimize disruptions.
--Maintain an Account Health Rating (AHR) of no less than 1000.
Requirements:
Qualifications
--Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
--2–4 years of experience managing Amazon seller accounts.
--Proficiency in Amazon Seller Central, Excel, and analytical tools like Helium 10 and Jungle Scout.
--Exceptional communication skills and a proactive problem-solving mindset.
