We are seeking a dynamic Amazon Manager with a proven track record in managing Amazon 3P (Third-Party) marketplaces. This individual will oversee smaller accounts in collaboration with our team of virtual assistants, while taking ownership of key decisions and strategies for account growth. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and possess the ability to independently manage and optimize Amazon operations with their team of direct reports.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of multiple Amazon accounts across various channels.
- Lead a team of virtual assistants to ensure smooth management of accounts.
- Maintain product listing hygiene across the entire product catalog and be nimble in resolving issues.
- Make independent, data-driven decisions to optimize and grow the accounts, including inventory management – from quarterly forecasting of sales, placing weekly/ bi-weekly orders with vendors to creating weekly transfers to Amazon FBA.
- Work closely with the advertising agency to ensure healthy TACoS by providing business insights and audit advertising performance periodically.
- Oversee and manage optimization of product listings, SEO & content optimization, and reviews to ensure high performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch new brands and products on Amazon and other e-commerce platforms.
- Monitor account health and ensure compliance with Amazon policies.
- Analyze sales data, trends, and performance metrics to drive growth and meet business objectives.
- Stay up to date on Amazon marketplace trends and competitive strategies.
Mandatory Qualifications:
- 4-5 years of experience in Amazon 3P marketplace management.
- Proven leadership and team management experience.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with Amazon Seller Central, including reporting and data analysis.
- Ability to make independent decisions and solve problems confidently.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and virtual assistants.
- Strong understanding of Amazon advertising, inventory management, and pricing strategies.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with managing a catalog size of over 500 SKUs or Amazon account of over 1M revenue.
