Account & Client Management: Serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams (advertising, marketing, creative, SEO, and data analytics) to ensure alignment on strategies and drive account success.

Amazon Expertise: Leverage in-depth knowledge of Amazon Seller Central and Vendor Central to manage and optimize accounts, ensuring strong positioning within both Amazon’s paid and organic search results.

Market Research & Competitive Analysis: Conduct comprehensive research to understand the competitive landscape and provide actionable insights that fuel growth strategies.

Forecasting & Financial Modeling: Develop and manage financial models and forecasts at the SKU and product level to maximize revenue and track potential revenue streams, especially for top-performing hero items.

KPI Development: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) specific to each client’s industry, creating a clear roadmap for success and accountability.

Listing Optimization: Oversee all aspects of product listings, ensuring accuracy during both launches and ongoing optimization, from images and descriptions to categorization.

Certification & Compliance: Submit product certifications as needed to comply with Amazon requirements, ensuring smooth listing and operation.

Data Accuracy & Issue Resolution: Track product rankings, resolve any issues with missing or inaccurate data, and ensure accurate data entry across all listings.
