Key Responsibilities:
- Organize and manage product catalogs for easy navigation and improved customer experience.
- Ensure stock levels are optimized to prevent stockouts and overstock situations.
- Streamline the order fulfillment process to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns to boost sales and visibility.
- Monitor and maintain the overall health of Amazon accounts, ensuring compliance with Amazon policies and guidelines.
- Manage customer feedback to maintain high seller ratings and promptly address issues.
- Handle A-to-Z claims efficiently to protect seller accounts and reputation.
- Stay updated with performance notifications and take necessary actions to resolve issues.
- Monitor customer feedback and reviews to improve product offerings and customer experience.
- Utilize Amazon’s brand-building tools to enhance brand presence and customer loyalty.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience managing Amazon seller accounts, preferably for private label products.
- Strong understanding of Amazon's ecosystem, policies, and best practices.
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving account performance.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using Amazon Seller Central, advertising tools, and other relevant software.
