As an Amazon Appeal Specialist, you will:
Draft and submit well-structured, persuasive appeal letters for issues including but not limited to:
Inauthentic complaints
Intellectual property complaints
Listing suspensions
Ungating requests
Communicate effectively with Amazon Seller Support to resolve account and listing issues.
Stay updated on Amazon’s policies and guidelines to ensure compliance and successful resolutions.
Use Seller Central to manage and monitor account health and appeal status.
Work with clients to understand their specific needs and develop tailored strategies for each case.
Qualifications
Experience with Amazon Seller Central: Must have a strong understanding of how to navigate Seller Central and manage account issues.
Appeal Writing Expertise: Proven track record of writing successful appeals, with clear and concise communication skills.
Knowledge of Amazon Policies: Deep familiarity with Amazon’s policies, including rules around inauthentic complaints, IP complaints, ungating, and general account suspensions.
Problem-solving Skills: Ability to analyze issues, identify solutions, and communicate them clearly to Amazon and clients.
Detail-oriented: Strong attention to detail to ensure all appeals are accurate, professional, and aligned with Amazon’s requirements.
