Job Title: Amazon A-Z Store Manager
Location: Remote
Type: Part-time Hourly (Sometime more due to business needs) with potential to become Full-time

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly experienced and dedicated Amazon A-Z Store Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing and optimizing Amazon seller accounts, driving sales, and enhancing brand presence. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Key Responsibilities:
• Manage all aspects of Amazon Seller Central, including inventory management, order processing, and account health.
• Optimize product listings (titles, bullet points, descriptions) for SEO to improve visibility and sales.
• Handle Amazon PPC campaigns, promotions, and deals to drive traffic and conversions.
• Perform competitor analysis to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
• Resolve case issues and manage reimbursements through effective communication with Amazon support.
• Create and manage Amazon storefronts, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
• Oversee the fulfillment process, including FBA shipments and inventory replenishment.
• Monitor and analyze sales reports, customer reviews, and market trends to inform strategic decisions.
• Implement and maintain Enhanced Brand Content and A+ Content for product listings.
• Utilize flat files for bulk uploads and updates of product information.

Qualifications:
• Minimum of 5 years of experience managing Amazon seller accounts and other online platforms (eBay, Walmart, Etsy, Shopify).
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality work and achieving sales targets.
• Experience with Amazon Attribution Link for External Marketing activities
• Experience with Amazon inventory management software is required.
• Experience with Other inventory management software is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of Amazon SEO, PPC, and overall e-commerce strategies.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines consistently.
• Verified English fluency and strong writing skills.
• Creative problem solver with a client-focused approach.
• Strong multitasking abilities and positive communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Excel and other relevant software tools.

Preferred Skills:
• Expertise in Amazon PPC and keyword optimization.
• Experience with Amazon Vendor Central.
• Ability to create compelling and accurate product content.
• Familiarity with Amazon's Enhanced Brand Content and A+ Content.
• Experience handling Amazon case issues and reimbursements.
