Amazing opportunity for growth in SEO with our company

I am on the lookout not for an SEO person but THE SEO person. Someone who has the ability to take a virgin website and get the site ranked in or near the top of Google! You must know on-page, off-page, technical. basically all phases of SEO.

Can you be the person to take over and run my SEO? I need to focus on running the business so I need someone that knows all the aspects of SEO and can truly help my customers and myself, get the sites ranked high.
I have two kinds of customers: One that comes to us because they want to use their website for more than informational and one that would like a new website and wants it to also climb the rankings.
Google is primarily all we focus on. This person must be capable of taking the site and optimizing for the best possible ranking. Most of the SEO will be done through local area optimization and not national. The companies are small businesses that want to use their websites to create new customers. Can you be the one to help me do this? Speed of getting clients ranked in a local area is very important for our success. I am looking for someone that is willing to take direction and can adapt to our way of doing things while using their own excellent SEO knowledge & expertise. I am an easy person to get along with. I just need someone with the knowledge that is willing to help me grow our business.
