Amazing QuickBooks Bookkeeper (Full Time Only)

Sync Resource Inc, a US Based Management Consulting firm (Service Based) providing services in ISO, CMMC, and CMMI consulting to clients across North America. To assist with the growing need, the company seeks experienced Full-time Virtual Bookkeeper who can help with the day-to-day accounting best practices.

Interpersonal Skills Needed: Good Verbal and Written Communication, Coachable, Self-motivated, Deadline-oriented Resourceful, Team player, and Independent thinker.

Accounting Requirement: (Initial 1-2 weeks of training will be provided and then ongoing huddle calls)
1. You need to intermediate to advance bookkeeping skills with ability to grow further into an accounting role.
2. Must have an Accounting Degree plus a minimum of 2+ years of full-time experience in QuickBooks Online Accounting Platform. QBO certification is a plus. Familiarity with other bookkeeping software is a plus
3. You will be working in a fast-paced environment and will be expected to start picking up on Standard Operating Processes independently after 1-2 weeks of training.
4. Accounting Tasks will include but not be limited to Bookkeeping, Reconciliation, AP/AR, Budget forecasting, Report making
5. Knowledge of other online accounting software is a huge plus.
6. 50% work with HR and Admin Assistance will be required.

Initially, you will be reporting to a Sr. Accountant.

Technology Necessity: Fast Computer and the Internet. Backup Generator and Data Dongle may be needed if the frequent outage disrupts work for long periods of time.
