Job Description:
As an Airtable, GHL, and Zapier Expert, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining automations and workflows that integrate across our platforms. You will play a critical role in improving data management, sales pipelines, marketing automation, and more for our clients in the aesthetic industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, implement, and maintain Airtable databases and workflows tailored to business needs, specifically for the aesthetic industry.
Integrate GoHighLevel (GHL) with other tools using Zapier to automate marketing, sales, and communication processes.
Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues and ensure seamless automation across tools.
Manage data flow between Airtable, GHL, and other platforms, ensuring accurate and efficient data transfer.
Continuously optimize and enhance existing workflows and automations to improve team productivity and client outcomes.
Provide training and support to team members on how to use Airtable, GHL, and Zapier effectively.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure integrations and automations align with our clients’ needs in the medical spa and aesthetic field.

Required Skills and Experience:
Proven experience with Airtable, GoHighLevel (GHL), and Zapier.
Strong understanding of data structures and how to build efficient workflows across multiple platforms.
Expertise in creating and troubleshooting automations.
Ability to optimize workflows for both efficiency and user experience.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a remote environment.
Experience in marketing and sales automation, preferably in the aesthetic or medical industry.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working with APIs and integrating third-party tools.
Familiarity with additional automation tools and platforms.
Experience with project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana).
Knowledge of marketing strategies for medical spas and aesthetic practices.
