About Us
We are a growing organization focused on mental health, social impact, and community-based initiatives. As we scale, we are looking to streamline our operations and data management through Airtable. We seek an experienced Airtable Developer & Systems Architect to design and build a robust Airtable infrastructure for our organization.
Role Overview
We need an Airtable expert to design, build, and optimize our organizational systems. The ideal candidate will have experience developing complex Airtable bases, automating workflows, integrating third-party tools, and ensuring efficient data management. This role requires an analytical thinker with a strong understanding of relational databases, automation, and business process optimization.
Key Responsibilities
1. Build and Optimize Airtable Bases: Develop customized Airtable solutions for various organizational needs, including:
-Grant Budgeting & Management System (automated budget allocations, tracking, reporting)
-Master Billing Sheet (billing management, payments tracking, reconciliation)
-Voucher Management System (tracking issued, used, and pending vouchers)
-Task Tracker & Project Management (workflows for team collaboration and accountability)
-Client & Program Data Management (relational database for client information, program tracking)
2. Automation & Integration: Implement Airtable Automations, Zapier, or Make (Integromat) workflows to streamline data entry and updates.
3. Custom Reporting & Dashboards: Design dashboards for tracking key performance indicators and generating reports.
4. Google Sheets & API Syncing: Ensure seamless data exports and syncing between Airtable and Google Sheets.
5. User Training & Documentation: Provide training to internal staff and document workflows for long-term usability.
Qualifications
-Proven experience as an Airtable Developer, with expertise in relational database design.
-Strong proficiency in Airtable Formulas, Automations, and Scripting (JavaScript preferred).
-Experience with third-party integrations (Zapier, Make/Integromat, Google Sheets, APIs).
-Ability to translate complex processes into user-friendly workflows.
-Experience with financial tracking systems, project management tools, and client databases.
-Bonus: Familiarity with nonprofit operations, mental health services, or grant management is a plus.
