We are a fast-growing vacation rental management company, marketing our properties on platforms like Airbnb and Upgrade to see actual info. We cater to both leisure and corporate guests across our expanding portfolio of serviced accommodations and are actively working to increase our market presence locally and in new regions.

Role Responsibilities

As an Airbnb Virtual Concierge & Virtual Property Manager, your responsibilities will include:

- Guest Services: Act as the primary point of contact for guest inquiries, assist with check-in issues, and manage reservations.
- Damage & Insurance Management: File, track, and invoice insurance claims; handle damage deductions, verify deposits, and manage refunds; review CCTV footage as needed.
- Cleaning & Laundry Coordination: Schedule cleaners, review cleaning photos, manage invoices, monitor supplies, and coordinate deep cleaning and laundry pickup/delivery.
- Marketing & Performance: Respond to guest reviews, set up and optimize listings, and prepare monthly reports on revenue and listing performance.
- Maintenance & General Admin: Coordinate maintenance tasks, conduct business-related research, and handle special projects as required.

Ideal Candidate Requirements

- Experience: Direct experience with Airbnb and previous work as a Virtual Assistant is essential.
- Skills: Proficiency in AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT), Property Management Systems (e.g., Guesty), and task management software (e.g., Asana).
- Communication: Excellent customer service skills and confidence in communicating with UK-based clients; strong written and verbal English.
- Technical Setup: Reliable workstation, computer, and fully functional mobile phone.
- Mindset: Eager to learn, adapt, and grow with us.

Position Details

- Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm (London time) with a one-hour break.
- Preferred Experience: Background in hospitality, Airbnb experience, and familiarity with Upgrade to see actual info and Guesty are highly valued.
