We are a fast-growing property management business based in Australia seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Airbnb Resolution Specialist to join our team. This role focuses entirely on managing Airbnb resolutions to ensure accurate and timely payouts for Aircover requests for our properties. Key Responsibilities:
- Handle all Airbnb resolution cases with precision and efficiency.
- Collect and organize evidence to support claims, including photos, receipts, and communication logs.
- Collaborate with other tea
- Maintain accurate and detailed internal records of all resolution cases, including documentation of claims, outcomes, and correspondence.
- Submit and monitor resolution requests through Airbnb's platform.
- Communicate professionally with Airbnb support teams to advocate for fair outcomes.
- Track and report on resolution success rates, payouts, and case trends.
Qualifications:
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a remote team to gather required information.
- Highly organized with strong record-keeping and documentation skills.
- Familiarity with Airbnb policies and procedures is a plus. Likewise familiarity with Asana.
- Self-motivated and capable of managing a dynamic workload.
Work Schedule:
This role requires a commitment of 40 hours per week, with a flexible work schedule that may shift depending on workload demands. There will also be opportunities for overtime if you wish to take on additional hours.
