Airbnb Property Manager

Seeking a professional to help list and manage properties on AIRBNB and other rental platforms.

I'm looking for someone who can assist with the short term rental optimization to rank high in the rental search and to increase property presence across all rental platforms.
I would like to find a dedicated Co-Host with hands-on customer service experience to help handle guests interactions.

Job Requirements:
* List properties on rental platforms like Airbnb, Booking.com, and others.
* Optimize our listing to help rank high on search engine.
* Provide outstanding service to guests to earn excellent reviews and increase the chance of becoming a super host.
* Customer Support/Guest Communication.
* Coordinating and scheduling housekeepers to keep the apartments and environment clean.
* Coordinating maintenance repairs.
* Assisting with additional property management tasks.

The position will start out as part time and possibly transition into a fulltime position based on the growth and increase in occupancy.
