- Classify and categorize expenses by property in bookkeeping software.
- Prepare reports to streamline tasks for the client’s U.S.-based bookkeeper and CPA.
Airbnb Operations:
- Serve as the main point of contact for guests, managing inquiries and resolving issues professionally and promptly.
- Coordinate and oversee scheduling of cleaning and maintenance services using automated systems.
- Collaborate with on-site personnel or co-hosts for urgent maintenance needs.
Systems Management and Optimization:
- Set up and manage tools like
