Hello! We are looking for a new teaUpgrade to see actual infomber who is friendly, polite & professional, with brilliant communication skills - both written and oral.
You will be the seventh member of our brilliant 'guest success team', in a small, fast-growing company called Hostly. We are an Airbnb management company with c.30 UK-based properties - with the latest properties on the island of Zanzibar!
Here's what you'll be doing:
- Looking after all guest communications, including enquiries, FAQs, and complaints (via messaging platforms such as Airbnb, & also on the phone via our virtual landline number)
- Coordinating with our cleaning teams to ensure every apartment is cleaned to a high standard and on time
- Working with our property manager to log all maintenance issues
- Supporting Hostly's two directors, with ad hoc projects and administrative tasks
Who you will be:

Prior experience in customer service and working night shifts is preferred (but not essential).
Must be okay to work on the weekends.
