JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Airbnb Assistant to help manage our listings, handle guest inquiries, and coordinate with our property manager. This is a remote, part-time role requiring monitoring of Airbnb listings and co-ordinating with various guests and suppliers at the properties to ensure smooth operations and excellent guest experiences. The assistant will be responsible for listing management, marketing, expanding into new markets, and maintaining clear communication with guests and the property manager.

Work Schedule:
- Monitor listings from 8 AM to 5 PM PH time
- Listings are in Australasia

Time Commitment:
- 15 hours/month (30 minutes daily) flexitime
- Additional hours are compensated at 400 PHP/hour if tasks exceed the base hours.
- Monitor listings and provide exceptional guest support between 7 AM to 7 PM Philippine time.

Job Responsibilities:
- Guest Support: Answer guest inquiries promptly and professionally to enhance their booking experience.
- Monitoring Listings: Actively monitor bookings and guest messages during assigned hours, with the flexibility to handle urgent matters outside standard hours if required.
- Co-ordination with Property Manager: Communicate with property manager regarding bookings, maintenance, and guest concerns.
- Listing Management: Ensure Airbnb listings are accurate, up-to-date, and optimised for visibility.
- Marketing: Promote listings to new markets and drive bookings.
- Exploring New Markets: Research and suggest potential opportunities for expansion.

What We’re Looking For:
- Prior and current experience in Airbnb and/or Property Management is required. The successful candidate will already be doing similar roles for themselves or other clients and will be aware of what is required.
- Strong communication skills, both written and spoken, in English.
- A reliable, proactive individual who thrives in a dynamic work environment and is eager to earn bonuses by handling emergency calls.
- Comfortable working independently and solving problems efficiently.
- Reliable access to a high-speed and stable internet connection is a must.
- Familiarity or openness to using Time Trackers (We use Clockify).

Salary:
- Base Pay: 5,000 PHP per month for 15 hours (~30 minutes per day flexitime)
- Additional Pay: 400 PHP per hour for extra hours beyond 15 hours (tracked via Clockify Time Tracker)

Performance Bonuses:
- 200 PHP when guest inquiries are handled without escalation (per day of successful enquiry handling)
- 400 PHP bonus for each complete 5-star review received at the end of the guest's stay.
