Airbnb Arbitrage - Property search/ landlord outreach in CHICAGO

Hey! I am a Airbnb host with 1 year of experience who just started in the Chicago market. I’m looking for a VA that has prior experience reaching out to landlords, property management companies, etc and has had success in getting them to agree to all sublease for Airbnb.
