AirBNB lead generator

Looking for someone who is a great English speaker to find leads for me to follow up with.
Must be good at conducting property address research using platforms such as Airbnb, VRBO, Zillow, RedFin, and Google Maps.
Able to cross reference between other sites and call landlords and/or property managers to verify if corporate leasing is acceptable in the complex/area/unit/property.
