AirBNB VA - Turno, PriceLabs, Resolutions and Responding

We are looking for a full-time Virtual Assistant to join our team for the New York, EST night shift and two day shift during the slow period of the week (Tuesday and Wednesday).

Requirements:
- MUST know how to use Turno
- MUST have previous AirBNB experience (Resolutions is preferred)
- Fluent and comfortable in English
- Experience with Ring Camera, Schlage, Hospitable, AirBNB, VRBO, Booking.com is preferred
- No other jobs / commitments

Pay is $350/Month U.S.; you must reply you are comfortable with this amount

SCHEDULE:
(6 days a week, Thursday off):
- Monday, Friday, Saturday & Sunday: 11:30 PM to 6:30 AM (7 hours, overnight shift)
- Tuesday & Wednesday: 9:30 AM to 4:30 PM (8 hours)
- Thursday: OFF

We are looking for someone who can manage Turno, File Resolutions, Respond to guest inquires and group chats with OpenPhone.
