Job Description:
Seeking a detail-oriented and knowledgeable individual to assist a graduate student in the Plant & Soil Science Department with academic thesis preparation. Responsibilities include writing, editing, organizing, and refining thesis drafts, ensuring proper formatting and citation adherence, and providing constructive feedback to enhance clarity and academic rigor. The thesis is about cotton defoliation.

Requirements:
• Strong background in academic writing (preferably in agricultural or environmental sciences).
• Familiarity with research methodology and scientific language.
• Experience with formatting and citation styles (APA, MLA, etc.).
• Ability to meet deadlines and communicate effectively.

Preferred:
• Background in plant or soil science, agronomy, or a related field.
• Previous experience assisting with academic writing or thesis preparation.
