Agent (Outbound Call)

The Yaychat Agent (Outbound Call) position is a crucial role at Yaychat. The primary responsibility involves assisting the company in recruiting Voice Room Hosts. You will be rewarded for successfully referring candidates who pass their probationary program.

We will provide fully covered dialog SOP and the numbers, so you only need to read the dialog SOP and call the numbers.

Job Responsibilities:
• Assist the company in recruiting Voice Room Hosts by calling potential hosts' (livestreamers') numbers provided, persuade them to join the platform. (Outbound Call)
• Establish connections with potential candidates, introduce the company's job opportunities, and encourage them to join Yaychat.
• Provide information about the position, answer candidate inquiries, ensuring they understand their roles and expectations.
• Follow up and support new hosts during their onboarding process, ensuring a smooth start to their work.
Requirements and Skills:
· Interest in the voice room industry with strong communication and persuasion skills.
· Ability to identify and attract suitable talent, possessing excellent interpersonal skills
· Experience in outbound Calling and evaluating candidates, understanding the calling processes, and persuasive strategies
· Strong teamwork spirit, able to collaborate efficiently with various departments.
