Core Responsibilities
- Lead Response Management: Engage with qualified leads promptly and efficiently
- Outbound Communication: Conduct approximately daily warm and cold calls to prospects to arrange meetings
- Inbound Lead Handling: Qualify and guide all inbound opportunities through our sales pipeline
- Data Management: Maintain accurate, updated records in our CRM system
- Client Engagement: Respond to both new and previous leads within 5 minutes
- Schedule Optimization: Coordinate sales team calendars to maximize efficiency
- Continuous Improvement: Enhance sales processes, reactivate dormant leads, and generate new business opportunities
Qualifications
- 2-3 years' experience in sales or customer service roles
- Demonstrated success in achieving or surpassing sales objectives, with supporting case examples
- Proficiency with sales technology stack (Apollo, Airtable, Slack,
- Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal
- Clear English pronunciation
- Ability to work efficiently, intelligently, and persistently
- Excellent presentation and persuasion capabilities
