Affiliate and Creator Partnerships Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Partnerships Manager to spearhead our efforts in building and managing relationships with affiliates, publishers, and influencers. This role is essential to expanding our network and ensuring clients have access to top talent and partners for their campaigns. You will be responsible for growing our network, managing outreach when a client requests influencer collaboration, and fostering strong, mutually beneficial partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and expand a strong network of affiliates, publishers, and influencers within our platform.
- Manage outreach to influencers based on client requests and campaign goals.
- Cultivate long-term relationships with affiliates and influencers, ensuring ongoing collaboration.
- Negotiate partnership terms and contracts with influencers and affiliates.
- Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to align partnership efforts with client needs.
- Stay updated on industry trends and leverage opportunities to grow the partnership network.
- Coordinate with clients to match them with the right influencers and affiliates for their campaigns.
- Ensure compliance with platform policies, brand guidelines, and relevant regulations during campaigns.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in affiliate marketing, influencer outreach, or partnership management.
- Strong understanding of influencer and affiliate marketing strategies.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and nurture relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to monitor and optimize campaign performance.
