Affiliate Researcher & Outreach Coordinator

Job Overview:
World of Cacao, a leading provider of transformative courses in Cacao Ceremonies and Harmonium & Mantra Training, is seeking a dedicated Affiliate Outreach Specialist to help us expand our affiliate program. This role involves researching potential affiliate partners, reaching out to them via email, and coordinating meetings for further discussion. Responsibilities:

1. Research Potential Affiliate Partners:
- Identify potential affiliate partners such as websites, blogs, YouTube channels, and social media influencers who focus on relevant topics like Cacao Ceremonies, holistic healing, yoga, meditation, and spiritual wellness.
- Utilize tools such as Google, social media platforms, and affiliate research tools like BuzzSumo, SEMrush, or Ahrefs to gather leads.

2. Outreach and Communication:
- Send personalized emails to potential affiliates using provided templates.
- Introduce them to World of Cacao’s affiliate program and explain the benefits of partnering with us.
- Manage follow-ups with contacts who do not respond initially.

3. Coordinate Meetings:
- For affiliates who express interest, provide them with a link to schedule a meeting with our team using Calendly.
- Maintain a record of communications and scheduled meetings in a Google Sheet.

4. Track and Report Progress:
- Provide a weekly report of affiliate contacts, emails sent, responses received, and meetings scheduled.

Qualifications:
- Excellent research and communication skills.
- Strong written English for clear, professional outreach emails.
- Experience using tools such as Google Sheets, Gmail, and Calendly.
- Ability to work independently with attention to detail.
Familiarity with affiliate marketing, influencer marketing, or similar research/outreach roles is a plus.

Key Performance Metrics (KPIs):
- Research and identify at least 10 potential affiliates weekly.
- Send a minimum of 5 outreach emails daily.
- Provide weekly progress reports.
