JOB OVERVIEW

Who We Need:
We are seeking a results-driven Affiliate & Partnership Manager to build, optimize, and expand affiliate revenue streams for a fast-growing men’s health brand.

This role requires expertise in affiliate marketing, partner negotiations, and performance tracking to drive revenue growth through strategic collaborations. The ideal candidate will have experience with high-ticket affiliate programs and be able to optimize conversion rates while building long-term partnerships.

Responsibilities:
Affiliate Program Research & Onboarding

Identify and apply for high-commission, high-converting affiliate programs in men’s health, biohacking, and fitness.
Build relationships with top-tier affiliate networks (Amazon Associates, Impact, CJ, ShareASale, etc.).
Secure exclusive deals and private partnerships with brands.
Negotiation & Partnership Development

Negotiate higher commission rates and performance-based incentives.
Collaborate with SEO and content teams to optimize placement of affiliate links.
Develop long-term brand partnerships for sponsorships and collaborations.
Affiliate Performance Tracking & Optimization

Monitor sales, traffic, click-through rates, and conversion metrics.
Implement A/B testing to improve conversion rates on product pages.
Optimize affiliate campaigns for maximum revenue and user engagement.

Strategic Growth & Expansion:

Research and onboard emerging affiliate trends and revenue opportunities.
Identify brand sponsorship opportunities for additional revenue streams.
Work closely with marketing and email teams to integrate affiliate offers into campaigns.
Requirements & Qualifications
2+ years of experience in affiliate marketing and partnership management.
Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
Ability to analyze performance data and optimize conversion rates.
Experience working with affiliate networks (CJ, Impact, ShareASale, Rakuten, etc.).
Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing strategies.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple partnerships.

Preferred but Not Required:

Experience in men’s health, biohacking, or fitness-related industries.
Background in sponsorship negotiations and brand partnerships.
