JOB OVERVIEW

Job Overview:

Are you a detail-oriented bookkeeper with a strong command of QuickBooks, Excel, and Google Suite? Do you have the organizational skills to manage invoices, vendor communications, and scheduling while maintaining high standards of accuracy and efficiency? If so, we want you on our team!

Key Responsibilities:

Bookkeeping: Accurately manage accounts payable and receivable, primarily using QuickBooks. You’ll track invoices, reconcile statements, and ensure timely payments.

Vendor Management: Handle communications with vendors, address billing discrepancies, and oversee payment-related inquiries.

Scheduling & Coordination: Assist with staff scheduling, PTO requests, and record-keeping as needed.

Administrative Tasks: Perform other supporting tasks such as organizing digital records, using internet portals for financial information, and managing internal tools.

Requirements:

- Proficiency in QuickBooks: Experience with QuickBooks is a must, as you’ll be handling complex bookkeeping and payment processing tasks.
- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent English language skills, especially for phone and email communication with vendors.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to handle bookkeeping with accuracy and catch discrepancies in invoicing and billing.
- Organizational Skills: Comfortable with managing time and tasks independently, ensuring all activities are documented and completed on schedule.
- Adaptability: While the primary focus is on bookkeeping, this role has the potential to grow into more areas based on skillset and company needs.

Preferred Skills:

Human Resources Support: While not required, experience with HR tasks (scheduling, handling PTO requests, coordinating calendars) would be beneficial.

Multi-tasking Abilities: Ability to handle multiple tasks across various functions such as bookkeeping, scheduling, and general admin work.
