Affiliate Marketing Specialist & Relatable & Grounded

Virtual Assistant: Just weekly hours for now with potential to grow more down track.
I am seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support the daily operations of a SM online affiliate marketing business. This role involves managing administrative tasks, social media engagement, and client coordination to ensure smooth and efficient workflows.

Key Responsibilities:
Organise and schedule social media content, including post creation and platform management (Facebook and Instagram).
Engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and interactions to build community and drive engagement.
Assist with content creation, gain more followers and gain more likes, comments views with content.
Research and provide insights on trending topics, hashtags, and social media strategies to optimise reach.
Help track and analyze social media performance metrics, suggesting improvements based on data.

Perform ad hoc tasks to support the growth and success of the business.
Ideal Candidate:
Has excellent communication and organisational skills.
Is proficient in social media platforms, particularly Facebook and Instagram.
Demonstrates creativity and an eye for detail in creating engaging posts.
Is reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
Experience with Canva, or other content creating platforms, or graphic design is a plus but not required.
