About Us
Modern Shelving is a premium, modular shelving brand dedicated to helping customers create stylish and functional spaces. To drive business growth, we’ve launched two affiliate programs: M-Squad and the Trade Program, leveraging Social Snowball for affiliate sign-ups and Creator Commerce to empower affiliates with co-branded websites.
We’re looking for an experienced and results-driven Affiliate Marketing Manager to lead and grow these programs. This role will focus on creative marketing, affiliate recruitment, day-to-day operations, and performance tracking, ensuring our programs drive business impact.


Key Responsibilities
Program Growth & Management:
Oversee and manage the M-Squad and Trade Program using Social Snowball and Creator Commerce platforms.
Continuously refine the affiliate program structure, incentives, and commission strategies to optimize performance.
Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new affiliates and provide ongoing support.

Affiliate Recruitment & Engagement:
Actively recruit high-quality affiliates, including content creators, interior designers, trade professionals, and influencers.
Develop marketing materials, training guides, and sales scripts to support affiliates.
Build and maintain relationships with affiliates, keeping them engaged through regular communication, updates, and incentives.


Marketing & Content Strategy:
Work with the marketing team to create branded content, promotions, and campaigns for affiliates.
Assist affiliates in setting up and optimizing their co-branded websites using Creator Commerce.
Develop creative engagement strategies, including affiliate contests, exclusive deals, and community-building initiatives.


Performance Tracking & Reporting:
Monitor affiliate performance and produce weekly reports on sales, engagement, and program impact.
Analyze key metrics and recommend strategies for improvement.
Work closely with the leadership team to refine and scale the affiliate program based on data insights.


Who You Are
3+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, influencer marketing, or partnership management.
Experience with Social Snowball, Creator Commerce, Shopify, and affiliate tracking tools is a plus.
Strong affiliate recruitment and relationship management skills.
Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze and optimize performance.
Excellent communication skills in English (written & verbal).
Ability to work remotely, independently, and in a fast-paced environment.
