Responsibilities:
Affiliate Recruitment and Onboarding:
Identify potential affiliates in the forex and finance sectors, especially influencers, trading educators, and bloggers with high engagement.
Reach out and pitch the Boer Funded affiliate program, focusing on unique selling points (USP) like competitive commission structure, transparency, and high-quality resources.
Onboard new affiliates, guiding them through available resources and ensuring they understand the program terms, earning potential, and available support.
Affiliate Relationship Management:
Maintain regular communication with affiliates, addressing their questions, providing updates, and keeping them motivated to promote Boer Funded.
Offer personalized guidance on promotional strategies to optimize conversions and help affiliates build trust with their audience.
Organize monthly check-ins to gather feedback from affiliates and resolve any issues promptly.
Campaign Development and Optimization:
Design and execute affiliate marketing campaigns, including seasonal promotions, performance-based bonuses, and special incentives for top-performing affiliates.
Track and analyze campaign performance metrics (e.g., sign-ups, conversions, and engagement rates) to adjust strategies and maximize effectiveness.
Resource Creation:
Collaborate with the content creator to develop affiliate resources like banners, promo videos, articles, and social media posts that affiliates can use for promotion.
Create an affiliate toolkit with brand guidelines, unique selling points, and optimized content to ensure affiliates maintain brand consistency.
Performance Tracking and Reporting:
Use affiliate tracking tools to monitor referral traffic, sign-ups, and sales, providing regular reports to management on program ROI and areas for improvement.
Identify high-performing affiliates and create tiered reward structures to recognize and incentivize their performance.
Ideal Profile:
Experience: 2-5 years in affiliate marketing, preferably within forex, finance, or fintech sectors.
Skills: Strong relationship management skills, analytical mindset, and an ability to strategize campaigns that drive results.
Qualities: Detail-oriented, excellent communicator, motivated by results, and passionate about growing partnerships.
Technical: Proficiency with affiliate management software (e.g., Post Affiliate Pro, Impact), analytics tools, and CRM software.
