The Affiliate Manager will oversee our company's affiliate program, driving revenue growth by cultivating strong relationships with partners. This individual will design and execute strategies to recruit, onboard, and nurture affiliates, empowering them with the tools and support necessary to succeed.
Key Responsibilities
1. Affiliate Recruitment & Growth
--- Identify and recruit high-potential affiliates, influencers, and content creators across diverse platforms.
--- Develop innovative outreach strategies to attract affiliates in target verticals.
--- Collaborate with the marketing and partnerships team to align affiliate objectives with overall growth goals.
2. Affiliate Engagement & Optimization
--- Build and maintain strong relationships with affiliates to enhance their performance and engagement.
--- Provide support, assets, and resources to help affiliates maximize their earnings.
--- Analyze affiliate performance, track results, and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
3. Program Development
--- Refine and optimize the affiliate program to ensure it remains competitive and attractive to top-tier affiliates.
--- Develop new ideas for incentives, promotions, and marketing materials to drive engagement.
--- Optimize commission structures and ensure clear, transparent communication regarding affiliate earnings.
4. Data-Driven Results
--- Monitor key metrics such as affiliate sign-ups, conversion rates, revenue growth, and ROI.
--- Deliver regular performance reports and actionable recommendations for program improvements.
--- Leverage tools and analytics to enhance campaigns and partnerships.
Qualifications
--- At least 2 years of experience scaling affiliate programs and driving revenue growth.
--- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
--- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to use data to inform decisions.
--- Creative and entrepreneurial spirit, with a willingness to test and implement new ideas.
--- Proficiency with affiliate tracking platforms and tools.
--- Experience in SaaS or AI tech is a plus but not required
