Aesthetic Business Social Media Manager

We are an aesthetics business located in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. We are seeking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing a social media strategy to enhance our brand presence, engage with our audience, and drive traffic to our booking platform and website. Because this is an aesthetic/beauty business brand identity and cohesiveness is important. We are looking for someone who has experience working with other beauty brands, and can tell our story through social media while maintaining the brand’s personality. You will be provided with a brand kit to follow and use a guideline. Our goal is to attract luxury, high value woman who enjoy self-care. Our specific niche is in micro-needling services and hyperpigmentation correction.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy across various platforms (instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest and lemon8
- Create engaging content (graphics, videos, posts) that aligns with our brand voice and identity
- Monitor social media channels for trends, customer feedback, and engagement opportunities.
-Create and run social media ads
- Analyze and report on social media performance, using insights to inform future strategies.
- Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams to ensure brand consistency.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms and their respective audiences.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in social media management tools
- Ability to analyze data and metrics to drive sales and booking
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
