Pryzma is looking for Advertising Specialist to join our team. This role is ideal for candidates with 1-2 years of hands-on experience in e-commerce advertising (beginner to intermediate level), particularly within the Amazon Sponsored Ads platform. You will play a key role in planning, executing, and optimizing advertising campaigns, ensuring alignment with client goals while contributing to the success and growth of the team.

Key Responsibilities
Help plan and run Amazon advertising campaigns, including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display, to boost product visibility and sales.
Work on targeting strategies to reach the right customers, including adjusting bids and audience settings.
Track campaign results, look at the data, and make changes to improve performance and return on investment (ROI).
Collaborate with the team to make sure advertising campaigns match client goals and overall marketing strategies.
Stay updated on new tools, trends, and best practices in Amazon Ads and e-commerce advertising.
Prepare reports for clients, sharing key results and actionable tips for improvement.
Qualifications
Experience:
Preferably 1-2 years of hands-on experience managing Amazon Sponsored Ads campaigns, and basic campaign optimization.
Certifications (Preferred but Not Required):
Having certifications like the Amazon Ads Foundations Certification, Amazon Sponsored Ads Certification, or Amazon Ads Sponsored Ads Advanced Certification is a big plus. These show that you’ve undergone training and have a solid understanding of the platform.
Analytical Skills:
Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and suggest actionable optimizations to improve campaign performance.
Willingness to Learn:
Open to learning and growing into a more advanced advertising role over time.
Tools Knowledge:
Familiarity with Amazon Advertising Console, bulk sheets, Helium10 Adtomic, or similar tools.
Adaptability:
Willing to adjust to client needs and market changes with a proactive attitude.
Communication Skills:
Clear and confident in writing and speaking to share updates and collaborate with the team.
Time Zone Flexibility:
Able to work efficiently within the EST time zone (7:00 am – 4:00 pm) including an unpaid 1-hour break.
Compensation
Starting pay rate: $3.00/hour
