Responsibilities
1. Multi-Platform Ad Management
- Plan, create, and manage ad campaigns across Google Ads (including Shopping Campaigns),
- Continuously optimize ads for performance, including audience targeting, keywords, bidding strategies, and creative variations.
- Develop and manage budgets, ensuring campaigns remain ROI-positive.
2. A/B Testing & Analytics
- Conduct A/B tests on ad creatives, headlines, audiences, and landing pages.
- Monitor performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, ROAS, and conversions.
- Provide detailed performance reports and actionable insights to improve campaigns.
3. Post Boosting and Social Ads
- Strategically boost high-performing organic posts for increased visibility and engagement.
- Work with the Creative Manager to align boosted posts and ad creatives with branding strategies.
4. Collaboration & Training
- Collaborate with the Creative Manager to ensure ad creatives (graphics, videos, and copy) align with ad objectives.
- Train and guide the VA on light analytics tracking, boosting best practices, and platform insights.
5. Campaign Expansion
- Explore and recommend new advertising opportunities, such as Pinterest, LinkedIn Ads, or other emerging platforms.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and tools in digital advertising.

Requirements
- 2+ years of experience managing multi-platform ad campaigns (Google Ads,
- Proven expertise in Google Shopping Campaigns and advanced ad optimization.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Proficiency in ad platforms like Google Ads Manager,
- Experience with A/B testing, conversion tracking, and audience segmentation.
- Familiarity with analytics tools like Google Analytics or similar.
