Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and strategic Ad Specialist with experience in the skincare or luxury brand sectors. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of creating, managing, and optimizing advertising campaigns specifically targeting U.S.-based audiences. This role requires expertise in paid media strategies, ad analytics, and innovative advertising approaches to drive traffic, enhance customer engagement, and boost conversions.
Key Responsibilities:
Ad Campaign Creation: Design and execute targeted advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads,
Audience Segmentation: Identify and segment U.S. target audiences to enhance the effectiveness and reach of campaigns.
Ad Copy and Design: Develop compelling ad copy and collaborate with design teams to create visuals that align with luxury and skincare brand standards.
Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze the performance of ad campaigns, leveraging analytics to adjust strategies for optimal results.
Budget Management: Allocate and manage budgets to ensure cost-effective spending and maximum ROI.
Competitor Analysis: Conduct research on competitors in the U.S. market to identify trends and opportunities.
Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and creative teams to align advertising efforts with overall brand strategies.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an Ad Specialist or in a similar role, with a focus on skincare or luxury brands.
Demonstrated success in creating and managing campaigns aimed at U.S.-based audiences.
Strong analytical skills for tracking and optimizing campaign performance.
Proficiency in advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, etc.).
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
Experience in using ad performance tools and data-driven decision-making.
Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of SEO and content marketing strategies.
Experience with advanced audience targeting techniques and retargeting strategies.
Familiarity with luxury brand aesthetics and customer behavior.
