About Us:
We are a fast-growing web design agency specializing in high-quality, modern websites for businesses. We’re looking for an experienced advertising expert to help generate high-quality leads and scale our client acquisition efforts through strategic ad campaigns.

Responsibilities:
Develop and manage paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
Create compelling ad creatives and copy tailored to our target audience.
Optimize ad performance through A/B testing, audience segmentation, and data-driven strategies.
Set up and manage conversion tracking to measure ROI and campaign effectiveness.
Implement retargeting and lead nurturing strategies to maximize conversions.
Research and identify new advertising opportunities and marketing channels.
Provide weekly reports and insights with recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications:
Proven experience in running successful ad campaigns that generate high-quality leads for service-based businesses.
Expertise in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads (experience with other ad platforms is a plus).
Strong understanding of landing page optimization and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
Ability to track and analyze key performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
Experience with lead funnels, automation tools, and CRM integration is a plus.
Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working independently.
