You must have good knowledge of writing and be proactive. Understanding how to use chatgpt/bard and a/i tools will be a bonus for you.

Location: Remote in PH
Salary: SGD 400 to SGD 800 per month

Background
We’re Heartbeat Agency, a Singapore-based brand consultancy and omnichannel marketing firm that specializes in the Medical and Beauty service-based industry. Our clients are based in Singapore and Australia. We are looking for a talented graphic designer who can create creative and engaging ads that drive results for our clients.

*Your Responsibilities* [In Order of Priority]

Responsibility 1 – Crafting High-Impact Written Content
Develop compelling, original content: Generate creative and engaging content ideas for various mediums, including long-form articles, blog posts, social media, email campaigns, and advertisements.
Tailor tone and messaging: Adapt your writing style to match different brand voices and audiences while maintaining a consistent message across all platforms.
Optimize for SEO: Implement SEO best practices in your writing to increase organic traffic and search visibility, including keyword research, placement, and link-building strategies.
Edit and refine: Review and polish content for clarity, grammar, and flow, ensuring high-quality final outputs that align with brand standards.
Long-form content creation: Write detailed, in-depth pieces such as whitepapers, case studies, and reports that position the brand as a thought leader in the industry.
Multimedia integration: Collaborate with design teams to integrate images, infographics, and other visual elements that enhance the storytelling and user experience.

Responsibility 2 – Collaboration and Communication
Work closely with the marketing team: Understand campaign objectives and develop written materials that align with overall marketing strategies.
Incorporate feedback effectively: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure content revisions reflect the brand’s goals while addressing client feedback.
Client communication: Engage directly with clients to capture their vision, requirements, and feedback, delivering content that exceeds expectations.
Team alignment: Maintain clear communication with team members through tools like Slack, Trello, or WhatsApp, ensuring smooth workflow and timely content delivery.
File management: Upload, organize, and archive all content-related documents and media assets efficiently in shared cloud storage systems like Google Drive or Dropbox.

Responsibility 3 – Research and Skill Development
Content research: Conduct thorough research to understand target audiences, industry trends, and competitors to create relevant and engaging content.
Stay updated on trends: Continuously learn about changes in SEO, content marketing strategies, and writing styles to keep your work current and effective.
Data-driven optimization: Analyze content performance metrics such as click-through rates, engagement, and conversions, using insights to improve future content.
Content innovation: Explore and experiment with new content formats and platforms to enhance reach and impact, from interactive storytelling to video scripts.
Your Requirements
Proven experience: At least one year of professional experience in copywriting or long-form content creation.
Educational background: A formal degree or certification in communications, journalism, marketing, or a related field is highly preferred.
Portfolio of work: A robust portfolio that demonstrates versatility in writing for various platforms and audiences.
SEO knowledge: Solid understanding of SEO principles and how to implement them in content.
Attention to detail: Strong proofreading skills to ensure content is free of errors and adheres to the highest standards of accuracy and quality.
Creative thinking: Ability to craft compelling narratives and find innovative approaches to communicating messages.
Tools proficiency: Experience with content management systems (CMS) like WordPress, and familiarity with SEO tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, or Ahrefs is a plus. Experience with AI tools like GPT-4 for content generation and optimization is also beneficial.
