JOB OVERVIEW

We’re looking for a results-driven (Advertising Coordinator) to join our team and manage advertising accounts for our clients across Google Ads and Facebook Ads. This is a part-time, remote position requiring (20 hours per week), with flexibility to meet in the EST timezone.

About the Role:

The Advertising Coordinator will create and manage impactful ad campaigns, develop innovative strategies, and oversee ad performance to achieve exceptional results. You will handle day-to-day tasks related to account management, compliance, and reporting while collaborating with a dynamic team.

Responsibilities:

Campaign Management:
- Create, manage, and optimize Facebook and Google Ads campaigns.
- Develop innovative strategies for testing, scaling, and improving ads.
- Conduct regular compliance audits on active ads and landing pages.

Collaboration and Strategy:
- Work closely with the team to align on ad strategies and performance goals.
- Schedule and facilitate biweekly client/investor calls, including creating agendas and providing meeting recaps.

Administrative Workflows:
- Complete monthly ad spend and revenue reporting for clients and investors.
- Conduct compliance checks on new ads before deployment.
- Manage a high volume of transactions and input data accurately into systems.

Qualifications:

Our Ideal Candidate Will Have:

- Proficiency in project management software.
- Proficiency in document/SOP/workflow creation tools (e.g., Google Workspace, Notion).
- Learning agility with the ability to quickly adapt to new tools and workflows.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and responsibilities accurately.
- Exceptional collaboration skills and works well in a team environment.

Mandatory Requirements:

- 2+ years of relevant work experience, preferably in an agency setting.
- Advanced written and verbal English communication skills.
- Proven track record managing ad accounts with samples of successful campaigns to demonstrate results.
- Experience handling high-volume transactions and meeting deadlines under pressure.
- Availability to work during EST hours with flexibility.
